Do I need to be home for delivery of my order?
No. We ship all of our orders with Shippers Release so the delivery driver will leave the package at the delivery address safely.
Can I change my delivery date after I place my order?
Absolutely. Send us over an email at: Info@LobsterTaxi.com to change your delivery date. Please make sure you mention your order number in the email.
What if I need my order early to prepare for dinner?
No problem! We offer early afternoon delivery for an additional charge to make sure you get it early. If its not there by the time we say it will then we will refund the additional surcharge you paid.
How do I specify a delivery date?
Just before checking out, on the cart page we ask you to pick a delivery date between Tuesday and Friday weekly.
How do I include a gift note in the order?
On the cart page there is a "Gift Note" box, please write your gift note there and we will include it printed on the packing list inside the order.
Can I freeze my lobster meat?
There is not a problem with freezing the lobster meat but just remember; we sell it fresh for a reason!
How can I track my order on its way to me?
The day we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as one from UPS telling you the UPS tracking number and how to track it on its long but fast journey from Maine!
Do I have to cook the Live Lobster the day I get it?
We really recommend you cook your lobster the day it arrives just to be safe. We offer our optional delivery date box for you so then you can pick a good day to receive and cook your lobster and other amazing seafood.
What days of the week do you deliver?
We offer delivery Tuesday through Friday. Orders can be placed well advanced of your requested delivery date with our delivery date box on the cart page.
Can I cancel my order or modify my order?
All cancellations must be done within 72 hours of placing your order. All you have to do is send an email with your order number to: Info@LobsterTaxi.com
